EmployAbilities wants to make sure the transition goes as smoothly as possible for both the client and employer. Therefore, job coaches are always available to both parties to assist with making any transition a success! EmployAbilities is charitable non-profit organization, located in Edmonton, Alberta dedicated to promoting and enhancing employment and learning opportunities for persons with disabilities. This is accomplished by a variety of different programs providing training on computers, assistance with resume and cover letter creation and modification, as well as on the job support if needed! During the Summer months we have our EmployAbilities Classic Golf Tournament. When the summer months are winding down we host our "A Kiss of Fall" Black Tie Affair. Another of our events is our western themed Jeans & Buckin' kick off to Rodeo Season (Dinner, Dance and Live Auction). We also have a Casino Event every second year to assist in raising funds for our ongoing programs which we offer to those with disabilities seeking employment!
