The Step Up program is a unique and flexible pre-employment program that has been specifically designed for persons with developmental disabilities. It is an individualized program where counsellors work one-on-one with each client towards fulfilling their employment goal, with the end result being the opportunity for employment.

Funds raised by EmployAbilities will assist persons with disabilities across Alberta to obtain employment. The dollars provide vital assistance to support our clients with special needs through programs, computers and purchasing of adaptive/assistive technologies and devices.
*This year, our fund raising goal is to raise $400,000 at the cost of 10%.
